The Devonian Botanic Garden

Located in Edmonton, this Garden includes an authentic Japanese Garden, attractive floral gardens, collections of native and alpine plants, and ecological reserves. The Gardens is situated within an attractive rolling landscape of pine trees and wetlands.

Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden

Located in Lethbridge, this minimalist garden, in keeping with Japanese culture and philosophy, is listed as among the 25 Highest Quality gardens in North America. One of the Lethbridge and District Japanese Garden Society’s mission statements is to acquaint residents and visitors with the cultural and historical background of the Japanese Garden and to establish a monument towards 'the contribution made to Canadian culture by Canadians of Japanese origin.' The Rock/meditation Garden and the Prairie garden is an example of incorporating East with West.
