Amirillo Botanical Gardens

Beaumont Botanical Gardens

This 23.5-acre public garden is located within the tree-shaded 500 acres of Tyrrell Park and features theme gardens with camellias, roses, bromeliads, and native plants.

Corpus Christi Botanical Gardens & Nature Center

These cultivated gardens feature a large collection of orchids, hibiscus, plumeria, and roses, as well as a sensory garden, offset by the surrounding wetlands and mesquite forest.

The Dallas Arbortum and Botanic Garden

This facility features landscaped acres of trees, themed gardens, and lawns, with shores of an enchanting lake that overlooks downtown Dallas fountains, sculptures, and two historic mansions. They also feature many exciting events throughout the year.

Fort Worth Botanic Garden

The oldest botanic garden in Texas, this is a 109-acre living museum displaying over 2,500 species of native and exotic plants themed gardens that include a water conservation garden.

Mercer Arboretum and Botanic Gardens

Located in Humble, Mercer has over 250 acres of East Texas piney woods showcasing the region’s largest collection of native and cultivated plants. Aldine Westfield Road divides the facility into two special use areas. The east side is home to the Botanic Gardens with over 20 acres of developed gardens, including herb, ginger, fern, daylily, tropical, bamboo, endangered species collections, color displays, and extensive walking trails. The west side of Aldine Westfield is home to the Arboretum including an outdoor classroom, picnic area with tables and grills, a barbecue pavilion, and three miles of walking trails that wind through beautifully preserved woodlands with environmental interpretation.

Peckerwood Garden

This botanical garden in Hempstead features a collection of rare plants native to the Southern US and Mexico, mingled with Asian plants, with a dry garden, arboretum, and herbaceous border.
